Terms of sales

Sales from the online ticket office on "www.nausicaa.fr" are subject to these general terms and conditions, which the purchaser accepts without restriction or reservation simply by making the payment online to Nausicaá. These terms and conditions of sale may be consulted by the purchaser at any time, simply by clicking on "terms and conditions of sale" on the ticket sales pages.

Ticket prices
Ticket prices are given in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. They include VAT at the rate applicable on the day of placing the order. All orders, wherever they are made from, are payable in Euros. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but tickets will be billed at the price in force at the time of registering the order, subject to availability. Products remain the property of the online Nausicaá company, "www.nausicaa.fr", until full payment is made. Web Family Adult and Web Family Child tickets are only available for a minimum purchase of 4 tickets. At least one adult ticket must be purchased to be able to order Nausicaá tickets online. This is because we do not accept unaccompanied children at the Centre.

Method of payment
For greater security, all information transmitted is encrypted. Validation of the order with the credit or payment card number and expiry date constitutes an order to pay the tax- inclusive price of the order. The data relating to the card is retained only for the time needed to process the order. In order to protect card holders, Nausicaá reserves the right to suspend the handling of any order for tickets if the authorisation of the card payment is denied. The "www.nausicaa.fr" online ticket office reserves the right to cancel the validity of tickets purchased by a customer with whom it is involved in a dispute regarding the payment of an earlier ticket order. The seller retains ownership of the admissions sold until effective payment of the full price is made..

Validation
When you click on the "Validate" button after completing the order, you automatically confirm your order and accept these terms and conditions of sale fully and unreservedly.

Security and confidentiality
Our site is subject to a security system. - Secure online payment. - Data confidentiality (French data protection law of 6 January 1978 including a right of access to and rectification of data). The customer has the right to access and rectify the information concerning him/her. Ticket order forms and bills are archived on a reliable, irreversible storage medium in order to guarantee the existence of a faithful, durable copy as required by Article 1348 of the French Civil Code. Offer valid while stocks last
Our ticket and price offers are valid for as long as they are visible on the site, up to the limit of the number of admissions available. Tickets for admission the same day are sold until 3 hours before the Centre closes. After this time, you must choose another date for your visit or purchase your tickets on arrival at Nausicaá.

Validation of tickets
As soon as you have paid for and validated your order, you must print out your admission tickets and bring them with you to Nausicaá. A ticket should only be printed once. Tickets are considered as validated on the date of first presentation of the tickets at the Nausicaá entrance. Any other ticket printed with the same order number will no longer be valid. Your order number and your connection codes for the online ticket office must be kept confidential. All attempts at fraud will be prosecuted.

Intellectual property
You should exercise your discretion regarding the information provided by the online ticket sales system. Hypertext links may lead to sites other than the "www.nausicaa.fr" online ticket office. The "www.nausicaa.fr" ticket office disclaims all liability in the event that the content of these sites breaches any current statutory or regulatory provisions. All components of the "www.nausicaa.fr" online ticket office, whether visual or audible, and including any underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. Applicable law - disputes
This contract is governed by French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of any disputes, jurisdiction shall belong solely to the court of BOULOGNE-SUR-MER.

Order confirmation - Bills
You will receive a printable confirmation email for each of your orders, containing the details of your order item by item with a total amount in Euros inclusive of tax.
If you require a full invoice, please contact our management control or IT department on 03.21.30.99.99 within a maximum of 30 days of the date of purchasing the tickets online.

Liability
For all the steps involved in accessing the site, from the ordering process to the printing of the bill and any subsequent services, the "Nausicaá" company has only a duty of best endeavours. Nausicaá may not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage due to the use of the internet, more specifically any interruption in the service, external intrusion or the presence of viruses, or for any events considered in case law as cases of force majeure.

Entire contract
Should any of the clauses of this contract be found to be null and void due to a change in the legislation, regulations or a legal decision, this shall not in any way affect the validity of and compliance with these terms and conditions of sale.

Term
These terms and conditions shall apply throughout the entire time that the services offered by "Nausicaá" are online.

Proof
The electronic records kept in Nausicaá's computer systems, under reasonable conditions of security, will be considered as proof of the communications, orders and payments taking place between the parties.

Product information
The "www.nausicaa.fr" online ticket office offers for sale on its site admissions with characteristics that meet the requirements of Article L 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, which provides that the potential purchaser should be aware, before placing a final order, of the essential characteristics of the products he or she wishes to purchase.
